It Takes Two - Giant Beetle Stuck Glitch

We purchased this game on Xbox 2 days ago. The better glitches after we get in around half health and then he just lays there. We can’t fight him anymore so we can’t get passes this level. Makes the game unplayable and a waste of money. We have backed out of it, restarted it and it happens every time. 

We are having the same issue on the nintendo switch version of the game.

We have the same problem on windows laptop, with steam and ea app

Playing on PC and having the same issue.

I'm having the same proble. Sister and I playing on PC. halfway through the bettle stops moving. Just lays there. Doesnt aggro. Please help. I dont know how to take a clip....

i don't know how these forums work or if you're still around so i was going to make a new post about this too, but here is a video of the beetle glitch. 

he just doesn't get up after you get a hit, can happen at any point in the level and seemingly in any position. we've tried it like 10 times. 

i'm on a switch playing online with a friend. she took this video, and the beetle is twitching, but on my screen when it happens, the beetle is just perfectly still.

it seems like people on this board and on reddit have all had the same glitch i'm having. 

In the giant beetle boss level, sometimes when you get a hit the beetle he just doesn't get up. it can happen at any point in the level and seemingly in any position. we've tried it like 10 times.  it makes the game unplayable, you can't proceed past it.
