It Takes Two - Giant Beetle Stuck Glitch

Half way through boss fight beetle gets stuck. Shows running on my husband's screen but not on mine.

We purchased this game on Xbox 2 days ago. The better glitches after we get in around half health and then he just lays there. We can’t fight him anymore so we can’t get passes this level. Makes the game unplayable and a waste of money. We have backed out of it, restarted it and it happens every time.
