It Takes Two - PC - EA app not connecting to 'PLAY ONLINE'
Hi,
Every time I try to play online in 'It Takes Two' I'm faced with a blank EA app window pop up & error code that my EA account can't connect to servers? (I've attached the error message below) It looks like the EA app tries to open a log in window when I click on Play Online but nothing ever loads for me to log in, in that pop up. (which is weird because i'm already logged in, it shouldn't need me to log in again?)
I've tried logging in before opening the game, launching from steam, launching from EA, clearing the cache, verifying my game in steam, troubleshooting my internet connection. EVERYTHING. I've spent an hours in game just trying to get the game to work. This is so stupid.
I'm absolutely sure this is an issue with the EA app.
My friend seems to be able to get into her game and her EA account just fine. So I'm really not sure what is going on.
Please help me out with this or I'll be getting a refund, it shouldn't be this hard to connect online.
When you have a moment, can we start by trying the following steps if you have not already?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
