It Takes Two - Unable to connect to EA Server - Cuckoo Clock

Hi Team,  Not sure if there is a bug or what, but me and my girlfriend is not able to pass a level at Cuckoo Clock: Blast from The Past. Every time when we were being bounce up facing the tower cloc...

me and my friend hve exact same problem like you guys.... why doesnt reply the manager to this question? 

I really want to hear what is the problem is and would it be solved soon...
