A friend and I have been playing it takes two on Nintendo Switch and we’ve encountered a bug in cardboard castle section of the game. We’ve tried everything in that area, and hit the door with the bowling bowl multiple times. It won’t break down.
we’ve also restarted the level, and played through from the previous level with no luck.
I have contacted customer service and they were zero help. We are also stuck here and nothing we have done to troubleshoot including restarting from previous checkpoints and sections, uninstalling and redownloading the game and playing online versus offline has helped. Did you ever find resolution for this issue?

That’s unfortunate. We are also playing on the switch. What a waste to pay for it and not actually be able to play it.
Out of curiosity was it digital or physical copy?
