It Takes Two achievements & playtime not working in EA app

Hi, I completed It Takes Two in local co-op by Steam, but achievements & playtime not working in EA app. Also when I try to play Online with EA friends I getting error (look in attachments).
p.s. I had open a case in EA Help, but it was marked as resolved without any answer or solution...
