it takes two and ea friends issue

when inviting someone in it takes two it says my friends are offline and when i try to accept their friend request it does nothing it just keeps on loading

    Me and my friend are having this exact same issue and we are both on PC. We both sent each other a friend request and received the request, but when we tried to hit the accept button it would just show that it was loading and nothing would happen. Finally, after about 15 minutes it let us accept the friend requests, but now whenever we try to invite the other person on It Takes Two or even check if they are online on the EA App, it says that they are offline. (Also we both purchased EA Play for a month so now this is wasting the time on the subscription we both purchased).

    same as me, yesterday wanna play it, already sent invite in games to my friend (friend pass) and she still not receive the invited (before my friend list bug too and it say she offline)

    our platfform is PC, i bought the game in steam, we first play two month ago and it just okay no problem like this, but after a while wanna play again and we cannot play ☹️

    @EA_Illium yeah, i bought the game via steam and my friend download friend pass via steam too two month ago. First time we play it easy to play and no problem, so we want play again and i already invite her dozen of times but she didn't get the invitation

    Hey Everyone, 

    Can we try the following and check if your friends continue appearing offline?

    1. Close other running applications on your device
    2. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    3. Clear the Steam download Cache 
    4. Verify the game in via your Steam library
    5. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  

    After restart your device and run Steam (only) as an admin and check if this keeps up.
