It takes two auto signs in to unknown ea account
Hello all,
When I try to start it takes two it automatically tries to login on an ea account that's not mine. I can't see the full email that's used by that account.
I checked in my account connections, but there is no ps4 connected to my own account. When i try to connect my ps4 to my ea account it says there's already another account connected that i do not have access to.
I tried using ea support chat, but they can't help me and kinda don't seem to understand the question. I also tried to search for a way to call or email ea so i can provide more evidence of the issue, but there seems no way to do so.
So I'm kinda stuck on what to do at the moment. hopefully someone can help me.

If you are running into issues with linking or unlinking other accounts to your EA Account, I would recommend checking out our help article below. In order to link/unlink a connected account, you will need to be able to login into your EA Account Portal and can see the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.
If you are unable to access the email on your EA account I would recommend going through the steps in our Help Article: I can't log in
Please be aware there are permanent changes that occur when you link or unlink an account, which is further described in the links below.
