What happens when the bug occurs? Me and my partner got disconnected from the game.
What do you expect to see? ........I have no idea either.
Hi, I got this message for It Takes Two: "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online, and try again." even though my internet works perfectly fine. My date and clock are automatically adjusted, and I also tried to disable my Windows Security and the game is already allowed through the firewall. I even tried to reinstall the game.
Oh before this problem occurred, I had a problem with data syncing. But after I removed cached from the EA app it changed to this.
Anything I can do to fix this problem?
Hi @silverknots Thanks for going through those steps, Since we are on Steam instead of repairing in EA app you can Verify the game in your Steam library.
If the issue continues can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot then try launch the game?
