It takes two crashing for my friend playing on friend's pass
I started playing it takes two (full game) on laptop with a friend (friend's pass). As soon as chapter 1 ends and the vacuum cleaner is introduced, her game crashes saying "unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the platform client is online and try again."
Restarted and played the same thing thrice and the same error always came at the same time. How to fix this?

Can we have your friend try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
