Yes, we found a workaround, it seems that the problem is related to the Series optimalized edition, so we made it to the next checkpoint on an Xbox One S, and then continued on the Series console. 

I also wrote a a feedback through the Feedback Hub, but as far as I know, I did not get any replies yet.
