EA Staff (Retired)@RamonSaci Can you try adding another account versus using a guest one and check if you continue seeing crashes?
Also, @Myszka2 @RamonSaci To check what power option do you have on your console can you try?
- Changing power options, restarting, and testing
- Clearing any additional apps from the Quick Resume group, then restarting the game and testing?
Also, I believe Gen 5 should allow you to stream play ITT, can you test it and see if the game or console crashes when trying to play this way? (I'm not sure of the systems used to cloud stream but I am curious if the game seems stable this way)
