It takes two download problem!!

Whenever I try to download it takes two, it says this game is unavailable, you are not eligible to play this game. But I have EA play through Xbox game pass, it should work, right? Can someone help!!...

    HI @dailydance1o1 Can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot and seeing if you continue to get that message?

Ok, so now the problem is worse. I have done the clean boot exactly how Microsoft said and now whenever I launch the EA Desktop app it says "Something went wrong and the service failed to start."

    @dailydance1o1 I am having the same problem where I cannot download It takes two but it comes up with this message

    "This game is unavailable. You are not eligible to play this game."

    I have not been able to fix this for ages.
