It takes two download problem!!

Whenever I try to download it takes two, it says this game is unavailable, you are not eligible to play this game. But I have EA play through Xbox game pass, it should work, right? Can someone help!!!

    I want to upgrate my ps4 version of it takes two game to ps5 version, it is a problem, and see purchase error "you can't buy this product right now".
    Unless Is not this game free upgrate to ps5?
    Please help me
