It takes two friends pass doesn't work

Hi! I have a problem, I downloaded the friend's pass on steam but it doesnt work, it gets stuck before opening, on the loading screen (black with the spinning book). It's even before the menu. What ...

Hi @MVensa7 Can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot to see if this continues?
