It takes two friends pass, problem with full game

Hi, I bought Ea play, because I want to play It takes two friend's pass . However, when I launch the game, it only shows the demo version. Any ideas what can i do to make it work

    I bought subscribtion on Ea app, but before this i downloaded the game from steam so i think this was the problem. I already fixed this by uninstaling the game and buing subscribtion again through Steam
