Authenticating issue

Hey,

I am trying to connect online playing it takes 2 on the switch. It keeps coming up with a message saying result code 105–801900000. I’ve tried clear cache, synchronising time, hard reset, linking and unliking EA account without success. Any other suggestions anyone could offer?
