Here is a step that helped other players wih the same issue: change the date and time of your console to "Synchronise via Internet", then clear your console's cache and restart it:
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
- Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
- Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

@EA_Cath Unlinking the account has worked before in addition to clearing cache, and now I can't try it again until August. Please help resolve this issue
