Hello, I am also experiencing this issue, and have chatted with EA support (Tapash) to share this forum, and explain that a large number of players are unable to access "It Takes Two" online play on the Nintendo Switch. I have tried the recommended steps including 1) unlinking my EA account from my Nintendo Switch then relinking it, which worked for about 30 minutes, then the game crashed and 2) resetting my system cache, resetting my switch, redownloading the game, etc. which yielded no results. Customer support told me to add my comment on this forum, and that there team will investigate, so here. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as I was really looking forward to playing via online play.
