Hi @ness568 ,

Here is a step that helped other players wih the same issue: change the date and time of your console to "Synchronise via Internet", then clear your console's cache and restart it:

  1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu 
  2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache. 
  3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTHING FIXES IT, I did everything you listed and more, nothing fixes this issue. I want a refund or something, this is ridiculous
