It takes two Unable to Connect to EA servers!!

Unable to Connect to EA servers please check your Internet connection and try again please see ea.com/unable-to-Connect for more information result code 401-6d.

The error occurred when I play online.  I ensure that my network is fine. I’m playing on Nintendo Switch. Can anybody help me?

    Hi Everyone, 

    I wanted to check if anyone is still seeing an issue connecting to EA servers? If so can you try the following?

    Check for Data Corruption: 

    1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu 

    2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends 

    3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data 

    4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

    @Luza9889Fan This didn’t work for me. I tried testing connection, syncing time, hard shut off, even deleted the game and redownloaded.

    This didn’t work for me either - same problem, on a Switch and there’s no “manage software” as an option 😬

    i have tested my internet connection, synchronised my clock like others have suggested.. still unable to connect to servers
