Item in chest in Minato disappear

Hello! Reporting a bug, in Minato, if you set up an Ingredient chest, after a while, or sometime its after quitting and re-launching the game, the items in the chest all disappear, like Everything! ...

not sure this is a bug, seems to happen if you build where a fight ends up happening.  when the chest gets destroyed the things in it are dropped on ground then eventually despawn.  Avoid building in town in places fights happen and this does not occur.

        I'm in the endgame, over 500hrs in.   A chest randomly disappeared in my minoto, I keep them close to the shop. It was full and had 40 of everything, that took quite some effort and time to accumulate. 

        Is there any way to get this back? I'm pretty upset
