Lost all gear after getting gear back from luna

After getting thw loot back from luna I received none of it back and I can't go back far enough to load my gear back up

    Hi @sauter3391 

    Can we try to enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database, then check if your items return?

To check are all your slots empty of items? Also, is this on your first playthrough or NG+?

All slots were empty and there was nothing to equip and it was my second new game plus play through
