Major Bug Hand Canon can't Set Ki Bases/Recharge Bases

Major Bug/Glitch I have about 45 hours into the game now, and on 3 seperate occasions i've had the Hand Canon completely bug our or glitch out to where I can't set Ki Bases, Or Rechard the Ki Bases....

@oIHavoKIo Thanks for the post. Can I check what platform you're on too, and whether it was your world?

@Warlord_Dreadd, can I check if you're on a Series S or X?

I did see a similar report in the bug thread, do you think yours might have been the same thing, did you have Speed Build 20%, and were your frames capped at the time?
