@EA_Atic I have played a number of games both last night and today and the content has not unlocked.
Yeah playing matches hasn't helped me.
I still think the fact my avatar isn't loading is related. Game just isn't recognizing my account for some reason, perhaps?

@EA_Atic I was able to get my mythic content last night via telephone help. I contacted Twitter support and have a case number for the missing rocket fuel purchase and am currently waiting on an email about it.
@EA_Atic I've tried the Help page multiple times and it always says live chat is unavailable (and is the only suggestion. When I check the phone support page it only shows the hours, the page doesn't actually say the phone #. I already tweeted EA Help a couple days ago and still no reply. I'm PC, btw, not XB.
@Iron_Guard8 what # did you dial? Sadly, a serious question.
I used the call option, where they called me using the contact page, I don't have the number unfortunately.
