Missing Mythic Edition Content & Pre-Order Bonus Xbox One

@EA_Atic I've tried the Help page multiple times and it always says live chat is unavailable (and is the only suggestion.  When I check the phone support page it only shows the hours, the page doesn't actually say the phone #.  I already tweeted EA Help a couple days ago and still no reply.  I'm PC, btw, not XB.

@Iron_Guard8  what # did you dial?  Sadly, a serious question.

I used the call option, where they called me using the contact page, I don't have the number unfortunately.
