My game stuck at a cutscene and crushes always when it came.

My game crushes when a specific cutscene starts but i can play other chapters.

I am playng on gamepass for pc it has ea play. It says other player left the session.

@hicemir28 Thanks! Have you tried repairing the game through EA App (right click on the game > Repair) ?
