My Profile API Still Has Past EA Play (Origin Access) Games in it
Whenever linking my EA account with another service like GOG, etc., my past Origin Access (now EA Play) games will appear in my owned games lists as if i still own them. I'm assuming my EA account's API has not updated the info for my Origin Access games and still acts like I own them. Anyone know any fixes? Or maybe ways to refresh your accounts API info? It's been a problem for like 3 years now, and has occured on GOG and playnite AND i have refreshed my game libraries on those platforms - i'm pretty confident it is not a problem on my end.
Hi @wjm370 We don't have information or support available for integrations on GOG or Playnite, I would recommend reaching out to their support for further assistance with their clients.
If you are wanting to play a game you purchased from EA, we have the EA App client you can access your digital library.
