Network connection Error code: 2
Was playing Wild Hearts just fine but all of a sudden when I try to connect online I get a network connection issue. It says Error Code: 2. How do I fix this?

On PS5 was fine 15min ago now it says the following:
“A network connection error occurred. Error code: 2“ when I load the game. Also all my Add-Ons were removed.
”This feature is restricted” when I try to play online.
When I boot up the game the “Go Online” is darkened out and I am able to see other sessions but as soon as I try to join one or make my own It says the feature is restricted.
my internet connection is fine so I dunno what’s up.
I try to go online on the PS5 with wild hearts but the message that I shared on the file keeps showing up and I can't do anything about it hoping you can help
I'm getting the same error code. I go to join a hunter and its activity is restricted. I go to main menu and I get the code 2. Then when I go to the camp fire I can't even select play online..

Hi, can I check what platform you're on, and if you're still encountering this.
It looks like we saw some folks going offline around the time of your post, but it seems to be recovering now.I'm on the PlayStation 5 and I don't have an EA play account. That's why I don't understand why that keeps coming up. I have PlayStation Plus to be able to play online
- EA_David@Reaperzxv If you haven't done so yet, can you perform a system restart and router power cycle?
Can I check if this is a recent thing or if you always encountered this? If you swap to another account as a test do you get the same error? Did all that already. And the message popped up from the first time I started the game I saw the message for the EA account but I didn't think much of it until I tried to go online
