Oathbreaker shroudfane door locked (even after puzzle solved)

Hello, Few days ago, I unlocked the Oathbreaker shroudfane (the shroudfane with three oathbreakers in Mount Dresnyr), I solved the prism puzzle, entered, took the red chest, tried one time the battl...

@EA_IlliumApologies, i should have been more accurate.
I am playing on PS5, with the last version of Immortals of Aveum, and I am the problem is about the door leading to the Oathbreaker shroudfane.
Here is a screenshot of the problem. As you can see, the prism puzzle is solved (the one you have to jump accross the lava), but the door is closed...
It opened the first time, i tried the shroudfane but get killed really quick, so i decided to return later, once i get stronger....
I returned some days later but i found the prism Puzzle door leading to she oathbreaker shroudfane closed.

Hi @Bingostar1972, Have you tried hitting the eyes again, just to see if the audio or door animations trigger again?

Also to confirm if you look at the map does the shroudfane still show red (not completed)?

    @EA_Illium On the map, the shroudfane icon itself appear green (not completed), and the door doesn't appear red as other puzzle doors which are not yet unlocked...
    I tried to hit the crystal himself, but not the eyes, those eyes was hard to hit, it took me a lot of try 😉
    I wonder if the problem could have occured during the chapter where you need to find Zendara in Kalthus outpost, because during this chapter all the doors on the map get locked...
    Anyway, it is not a big deal, i just wanted to notify the problem, i started a ng+ and will surely found the gate open (at leat i hope... Hoping make life better)... 😉
