PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: i7-12700KF @ 3.6GHz
  • RAM:64GB DDR4
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): Nvidia FE RTX 4090
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed:500MB Down/100MB Up
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): 2x =Samsung 970 Pro, 1TB NvME
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 2x144mhz, G-Sync
     
     
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you:
    • I'm having trouble maintaining 60 FPS. Also no matter if I have v-sync on/or or frame limiting on/off my framerate seem to be limited to 60-62 (CPU Limited?). Miro-stuttering every 2-4 seconds
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: High (motion blur off), but I've gone through and turned most things on/off as well as different graphics qualities. 
  • Resolution Selected: 1440p
  • Average FPS (If Known): 40-65ish
