  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): Evga Nvida GeForce GTX1660ti 
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 500 Mbps
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): WD_BLACK SN750 NVMe™ SSD 1TB
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 60Hz
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you: Inconsistent frame rate even with the lowest settings. Difference between standard and lowest ae basically negligible frames barely increase and I would still experience slowdown. I've since then turned on upscaling, capped my frames at 30 and it's been fine, however even upcapped with upscaling I was unable to maintain consistent frame rate. Edit: It got worse. With the same settings I started experiencing slowdown and stuttering when I would adjust my camera. 
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Standard with Motion Blur off. 
  • Resolution Selected: 1920x1080p
  • Average FPS (If Known): 30
