PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19041) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Game

  • Game is unplayable due to frame pacing, even locked 30FPS feels like 10FPS
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: MAX
  • Resolution Selected: 1440p 
  • Average FPS (If Known): 40-50, switching to fullHD adds 4FPS, switching to lowest settings adds another 4FPS but frame pacing makes it unplayable anyway.
