PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel i7 10700K
  • RAM: 32GB
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): MSI Gaming RTX 3070
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 500+
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): Samsung 2TB NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 240hz 
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Alot of stutters feels like the game is running in slowmotion like 0.5x speed, it can get a little better depending on where i am in the game.
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Lowest, but i have tried all presets just runs a tiny bit worse on higher presets.
  • Resolution Selected: 1080p
  • Average FPS (If Known):  around 50 FPS
