PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

    • OS: Windows 10
    • Processor: Intel i7-10870H
    • RAM: 32GB
    • GPU (including Manufacturer): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU
    • Driver Version: 31.0.15.2849
    • Network Speed: 367.73 Mbps
    • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): Western Digital 1TB PC SN530 NVMe
    • Refresh Rate of Display: 300.180 hz 
  • Current Experience: Extremely bad stutters in gameplay and titlescreen, smooth FPS in cutscenes.
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Low to High, tried a bunch of different settings but no real difference in performance.
  • Resolution Selected: 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 Borderless Windowed
  • Average FPS (If Known): 20-50 FPS
