PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

Game:

  • I'm getting under 30 FPS when the area I'm in is already loaded.
  • When new areas are loading or in combat,  I'm getting a sharp decline in FPS as low as 10-15 as well as stuttering.
  • I'm using the lowest graphical preset.
  • Average FPS: 20
