PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 11 pro
  • Processor: Intel i7 13700K
  • RAM: 32GB DDR5 7200 MHz
  • GPU: MSI Gaming X Trio RTX 4090
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 1Gbs
  • Storage Type and Capacity: Samsung 980Pro NVMe
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 165 Hz IPS
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Stutters and cant keep a steady framerate, between 50-65 fps even on lowest setting, graphics setting doesn't matter, CPU doesn't go above 10%
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest, but have tried all presets. Looks to be CPU bound
  • Resolution Selected: 1440P
  • Average FPS (If Known): 50-65
