PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

Game
  • Game runs at a almost steady 60fps with minor stutters as I play but sometimes has bigger stutters that can really impact enjoyment. Textures sometimes popping in, same with shadows.
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest but have tried every settings to see if anything helps and nothing really changes
  • Resolution Selected: Borderless Window - 2560x1440
  • Average FPS (If Known): 55-62
