  • OS: Windows 11 (21H2)
  • Processor: AMD 5950x
  • RAM: 64GB DDR4 3600MHz
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090 (GV-N4090GAMING OC-24GD)
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 2Gbps
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): Samsung 980 Pro 2TB
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 4K 144Hz LG 27GN950-B
Game
  • Game runs at 60FPS when locked but the frametime jumps up and down to over 15-20ms endlessly
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest to Lowest performance is the same game feels sluggish, looks blurry and isn't responsive.
  • Resolution Selected: 4K, 1440P, and 1080P all terrible
  • Average FPS (If Known): 60 FPS - unlocked hits mid 70s but never loads the GPU to 100% ever
