PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Processor: Ryzen 9 5900x
  • RAM: 16GB DDR4
  • GPU (including Manufacturer): Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 3080 GAMING OC 10G 
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 1Gig Fiber
  • Storage Type and Capacity (including Manufacturer): WD black sn850 1TB
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 240hz
Game
  • The game plays terribly, no matter what setting it is at. Even on high FPS, the game feels laggy and stuttery. The game's fps vary anywhere from 45 fps to 80 fps. There are also occasions where the game would be at a constant of 4 fps.
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: I have tried all graphical presets. Even at low preset, the game plays horribly.
  • Resolution Selected: 1440p
  • Average FPS (If Known):56
