Play online is greyed out

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Since launch, still happening     Saturday   february 19    still going today on monday 

Is anything else happening? just go online is greyed out. 

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip..

So is this happening too every one on xbox series x? I haven't been able too play with friends or family that I talked in too get the game for us not to play together!!!

Had this too I just connected my psn to my ea account try the Xbox equivalent of this also shut app and come back when you do it

if play online greyed out in the main menu that means your already online which is kinda weird try having a friend send you a request

If so would it be possible to get the information request above?

On Playstation 5, this error occurs when you leave the game running while putting the console in sleep mode. After restarting the game, the issue is resolved (at least until you leave the game running in the background again before putting the console to sleep). Try restarting the game when this happens. And make sure to close the game out before putting your console to sleep.
