PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

The two Trophies that didn't unlock for me are Haven Hunter and Tsukumo Whisper

- Where in the game did the issue occur when the trophy should have been granted?: I was at Fuyufusagi Fort
- Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do at the time.: I was at Fuyufusagi Fort collecting tsukumos and cam sites
- What were you doing when the issue occurred?: Collecting tsukumos and campsites
- Did your friends also experience the issue?: Seen many people online saying that it's happened to them after playing online
- How many sessions had you played before the issue occurred? I played one online session and trophies stopped unlocking until I reset game and started playing again. Sadly the collectable trophies didn't unlock because I was finished with them.
