PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

If you are running into issues with Trophies/achievements not being granted on your platform please let us know the following.

did you complete it in a solo or multiplayer game session?
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

What troubleshooting have you tried?

3. Are you getting an error message? No, the trophy is just not appearing (Haven Hunter).
4. did you complete it in a solo or multiplayer game session? Solo. Went to every single base there are 5 in total camps to place and it doesn't unlock the trophy.
5. Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening? March 19th, yes it's still happening, and no so far every other trophy unlocked.
6. What troubleshooting have you tried? I've tried signing out of psn, turning off ps5, signing back in after that. Still didn't work.
7. If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... saying my sceenshot is to large but I have every camp unlocked
