PROGRESS NOT SAVED - CE-107101-0

Hi, I downloaded Immortals on my PS5 but since I started playing, there has been a saving error that comes intermittently and makes it almost impossible to play the game. I saw it and initially thought it was a bug that fixed itself because it disappeared, but now it has made it impossible for me to play the game and enjoy the add-on I purchased. And this is only happening with this game, my other games have been working excellent

The error mesage code is CE-107101-0 and I have tried different solutions 

- deleteing and reinstalling

- rebuilding data base

- safe mode tricks

- changing storage from console to cloud and back

Nothing has worked and it is making it impossible to play and progress

    Hey @Ola_Dynamite 

    I believe that an error will pop up if a save is corrupted and cannot be loaded. To check do you get this message on a new save?

  • I believe so

    To give some background info, when I first downloaded the trial, it popped up from the beginning. I thought this was because it's the trial and assumed it's a normal occurrence. It cleared by itself. I downloaded the full game and purchased the add-on and the issue came back and this time it is not letting me go back the 'Complete the path' chapter. 

    Initially, the save error pops up anytime the main character is taken to the building (very start of the chapter). Then somehow, the first error cleared by itself and saved the progress to that point, but then at the next checkpoint (where he talks to Devyn, the error pops up again, and I am unable to save beyond that point...

    It is frustrating. I have restarted the chapter multiple times, I have tried all the tricks online, but none seem to work...

    How do I clear the corrupted save? How do I locate the corrupted save in this scenario? Does a corrupted save clear itself? Why does the error clear itself in some cases but persist in others?

    Hey @Ola_Dynamite 

    Apologies on the delay... 

    To confirm we cannot modify or specifically remove a save file if it has become corrupt.

    Can you select to load a specific save instead of continue and try to load an older one on your playthrough to see if this continues?

  • I am also having the same issues with this game! It seems that whichever one of the previous saves I load, I get the same message!

    Hey @SpiderDeakin We can try to Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database to see if that works. If not, we may need to use a new save.
