I just purchased the game on my PS4 but I still can't progress past the trail version, in fact I've deleted and re-downloaded the game but still it is the trail version. In game it tells me to purchase but i already have and it says "Installed". Any help?
EA Staff (Retired)Can you try restoring your licences?
If you go into settings on the main PSN screen there should be an option there to restore licences. Once that's been done turn the console off, pull the power cable out for 60 seconds and then plug back in - this should clear the cache.
Once you turn the system back on double check again to see if the game is still showing as trial.
