Hi everyone,We are aware of an issue where the game crashes when launched on PlayStation 5. The team is working on a fix for this, but in the meanwhile, a workaround may prove effective if you have blocked more than 100 players. Workaround steps: Check to see if you've blocked over 100 players Open the Quick Menu by pressing the PS button Select Game Base Press the "options" button and "Go to Game Base" Push right on the road to navigate to Game Base Settings Blocked Players should appear at the bottom of the list Unblock players until you are below 100 (unfortunately, the UI does not indicate how many players you have blocked in total, so you'll have to eyeball it). - Antonio

Great. Wow. Now my PlayStation 5 can't load in my blocked players. It gives me an error message after unblocking a few.32 years old and playing games across PC, PlayStation and Xbox since 1999. I never experienced a worse console generation in my life. Horrible UI, basic features like a functional browser missing. No third party support at all, no (custom) backgrounds, no dynamic themes, communities being removed (best feature since years). And on top games being released unfinished and broken starting at 79,99€ for the standard edition. It'd be laughable if it weren't just sickening.

@EA_David Hi David, I can confirm the new patch resolved the crashing issue for my other PSN account. Sucks that I had to play on my secondary because I was impatient but grateful the devs were competent enough to fix it quickly.

A lot of people are having slowdown when they got to Chapter 3 and the snow area even in single player mode. I'm hoping that the dev can figure out the issue and smooth out the performance all around.I actually really like the art style so the graphics are perfectly fine for me, I care more for framerate than those extra bells and whistles. This game is so good, I just want it to succeed without all the technical issues on all platform.

Did you figure out how to fix the problem with the try again error when unblocking people?

Please also fix the performance issues for the PS5, some of us doesn't have crashing issues but really bad slowdown in certain area.

This doesn't work at all even when you try unlocking people you get a error and it tells you try again so with that being said either you start issuing out refunds to everyone affected by this problem or did fix the problem. It's up to you guys

doesn’t help if you have no blocked users …. what a disappointment that is. when online was working fine earlier.

The probleme is when the game make an identification at the start. If you turn of internet on your ps5 you can play guys. But not on line you need to stay off or the game crash again

I've found another workaround, there seems to be an issue with EA accounts and online, I turned my wifi off and I was successfully able to run the game.
This may or may not work for everyone but this at least works for my particular account problem, my friend doesn't have this issue at all so it might have to do with CERTAIN accounts.

Home Menu Settings > Network > Settings > Connect to the Internet (OFF)
after this, try connecting to the game and turn the server connection off.

(the attachment is just the "Grey Screen" error code)

Hi there, I believe this should be addressed with the patch that just recently went out on PS5. Can anyone who didn't clear down your blocked list please check again now? You may need to manually search for the update beforehand.

Updated version is 1.00.400
