Re: [Bug] HUD info missing

Hello,

so I started the game all over again to record it for you but somehow the bug didn't appear now. However I still made a video and you can see when I load the previous saved slots the HUD isn't there (please watch the full record). No clue, why it works now or why it didn't before.

I got this same exact bug soon after reaching The Great Cliffs quick travel point. I didn't notice when it happened exactly, but not I no longer have the HUD.

Some additional UI elements such as New Codex Entries and characters dialogues still appear, but others such as Echoes dialogues do not.

Update: The HUD returned on its own when I reached this point on the map, without anything of significance having happened

Hi, I have been having the same issue as well. My HUD disappears around the time I encounter the little girl that is singing (I believe around the great cliffs). I have tried clearing my system cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing works. I am on PS5 btw

• Platform (or  PC client):
• Where were you when the HUD disappeared?
• Did it come back? (If so when did it return)?
• If on PC, Please share a copy of your save (if the HUD is still missing)...

Hi there, so sorry! I didn't receive any notifications from this thread so I thought there were no replies.

I am still experiencing this issue (I am on PS5). I am on the game right now and my HUD is just not there. It is there when I begin a new game. But then if I were to leave the game and come back it is gone and it does not come back (unless I start a new game).

Is my name on here not my EA ID? (dgirdy ?). If you need my gamertag on PS5 it is DurDYGiRdY.

The HUD disappeared around the time I first got out of that underground cave (when I was chasing the little girl). Interestingly I tested if the HUD would disappear if I left the game and turned my PS5 off near the beginning (right after encountering the first couple of enemies). However the HUD was still there when I got back. Both of the times when the HUD disappeared on me was when I Ieft the game around the time I got to the underground cave. I have also cleared the cache on my PS5 but that did not work.

I am also past the point on the map where @HeavenlyJourney indicated their HUD returned on their screenshot. Mine has not returned even though I have passed that point.

Is there anything you would recommend? Do you know if there will be an update patch?

Is there anyone that can help me at all?? Or is the game essentially just broken and unplayable?
