Sorry for the wait, but welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately no, it's not possible for both of you to play with a single keyboard.

However, if you have the chance, we strongly recommend trying the game with a controller. 😉

But it should be possible to connect two "virtual" ccontrolers via third party software and remap them on the keyboard, right?
