    Ok, this seemed to work.  Once I added the .dll and turned off FSR 3 in the settings DLSS was an option again.  I did also want to point out that there was a recent Nvidia driver release.  So between the new driver and the most recent game update, maybe something got goofed.  Thank you for your help.
