I’ve tried attaching multiple short videos but I keep getting an error but I’ve attached a picture of the wall I can’t get through without Tawa’s heart ability and the other is the gap I can’t get across to go back and get Tawa’s Heart.

I have the same issue on Steam, except it can be noted that with a lot of attempts and a near pixel/frame perfect jump, you can make the return and discover you're still soft locked because of a rock blocking the path to the left.
Why do you even let players be able to take the right path if it's going to take a perfect jump to be able to come back?
